User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and investing in our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

2. Investment & Withdrawal Policy

Once you invest in a package, you cannot request a withdrawal before the package duration ends.
Withdrawals will only be processed as per the package terms and conditions.
Premature withdrawal requests will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Payment & Transactions

All transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, are accepted only in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
The company is not responsible for any errors due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
Any network fees associated with crypto transactions will be borne by the user.

4. Risk Disclosure

Crypto investments are subject to market risks and volatility. The company does not guarantee profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Any unauthorized access due to weak passwords or phishing attacks is the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Compliance & Legal Obligations

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency investments in their jurisdiction.

7. Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Any funds remaining in a terminated account will be processed as per the platform's policies.
